Shipment processing times
The estimated order production/processing time is 2-3 weeks. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. The transit time for transport may vary from 2-10 days depending upon the location/city.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your Order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Customs, Duties and Taxes
ShopInShop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your Order. All fees imposed after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)
Damages
Damage/loss in transit will be entertained by insurance company if reported by customer to specified insurance company and SHOPINSHOP FRANCHISE PRIVATE LIMITED within 24 hours from the time of receipt of Goods.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
